How long will my project take?
Every design project is different. We have been able to get projects completed within a week, while others have taken more than eight weeks. Fortunately, you make a significant impact on how long your project takes by the rate at which you review and give feedback about the concepts / revisions. Regular communication is key.

What kind of files will I get?
Everyone gets the original vector file. However, Photographers receive a layered Photoshop file that allows you to change colors as needed. Additional files are available at no charge upon request. All files will be delivered digitally via email and if requested via physically mail as well.

What’s the difference between a revision and a concept?
A revision is any minor changes to an overall logo such as, color / font changes or minor adjustments to the layout or graphic portion (the mark) of the logo. A concept is a whole new idea.

What if I don’t like any of my logo concepts?
It rarely happens, and while we are committed to providing excellence designs to our clients, we cannot please everyone all the time. Additional concepts may be purchased at a discounted rate. Due to the custom nature of our designs, no refunds will be given once the work has begun.

What do you need from me in order to get started?
Once your deposit is received, you’ll get a link to a logo design questionnaire – fill it out. Be clear and creative with your answers. Once you’ve completed that and your name comes up on our waiting list we’ll schedule a phone consultation.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is due before any work begins. PayPal is only accepted for deposits. All other payments must be made via credit card.

What is a pattern design?
Patterns can be found in arms reach of most anyone from your walls to you your sofa. A pattern is a repeating graphic or series of graphics that when put together properly can produce a seamless background. It’s textile design at it’s finest. Stripes, polkadots, damask, floral… pattern design comes in many forms.

TEMPLATES FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS


How are the files delivered?
Once you’ve made your template purchase – you will receive two emails; one contains your receipt and the other contains a link or links to download the collection(s) you just purchased. If for some reason you have a problem downloading the files please email us and we will send you a new link within 24 business hours (usually sooner).

What type of files are the templates?
All templates are fully layered, high resolution PSD files and all are compatible with Photoshop. We cannot guarantee that templates will work with PS Elements or any other program.

Can I change colors within the template?
Most templates are fully editable unless otherwise specified. Instructions on how to change colors are included in the template set upon purchase.

Do you send font files with the templates?
Due to copyright reasons, we cannot share fonts. Most fonts used are either system fonts that you should have or free fonts that can be downloaded. A document will be provided with the template set upon purchase that includes a list and link to the specific fonts.

My computer crashed, can I get replacement files?
If files are lost due to personal computer malfunction, files will be replaced with proof of purchase (i.e. a receipt). Due to the nature of the product, refunds are not available.

Can I resell the templates?
No. These templates are solely for use by professional photographers. They may NEVER be re-sold on photo card sites or advertised as your own creation. Our templates are specifically designed to be used by the photographers for their clients. Any use other than that which is specified here is considered an infringement on the terms of use and is illegal.
