Our process begins with a question: what can we do for you? From there we inquire deeper, asking everything from what are your favorite colors to what inspires you. Based on the responses, we initiate a consultation process in which we learn more about you and your business, and begin building the foundation for a reciprocal and professional relationship that is maintained throughout the process and long after its completion. Based on what we learn from these stages of the process, we start our research, considering everything from customer demographics to how colors integrate with ideas. This research easily flows into brainstorming on how all the components we have researched can work for you. It’s an exciting time for us at Luxecetera, letting ideas flow freely and unrestrained. Soon, some of the ideas recirculate and take on a more defined shape. These are the concepts that best fit the needs of you and your business and we begin to sketch out more concrete ideas. From here, these basic forms are developed further and become tangible so that we can articulate and demonstrate the idea in a presentation. With your feedback, we revise and refine these ideas until that time when everyone involved, designers and client, can step back and say that we have a complete product.
